At Nodica Group, sustainability is built into everything we do. Our framework focuses on three key areas: Climate & Resource efficiency, Health & Safety, and Ethics & Compliance—aligned with our business goals and responsibility to society, the environment, and our employees.
Reducing carbon emissions is a priority, both directly and indirectly. We optimize production and transport to minimize our footprint while implementing energy-efficient solutions across our facilities.
We foster a diverse and inclusive workplace where equal opportunities and safety are paramount. Given our work with high voltage and potential risks with radiation, we invest in advanced safety measures to protect both people and equipment.
Strong governance ensures ethical business practices. With clear policies, responsible leadership, and systematic monitoring, we uphold transparency and integrity—maintaining zero tolerance for corruption, bribery, and money laundering. In 2024, Nodica Group received a Bronze rating from EcoVadis, reflecting our commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices.
As a member of the UN Global Compact, we are committed to its ten principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, reinforcing sustainability at every level of our operations.
Our future ambition is clear – we strive to take a leading role in driving sustainability within our industry.
ScandiNova, one of the businesses in Nodica Group, has developed technology that substantially reduces the environmental impact of pulse generation. The power used for generating pulses is reduced due to improved power efficiency, which also decreases the need for cooling water and air conditioning.
Customers experience at least a 30% reduction in direct energy consumption over the modulator's lifetime. No consumables are used in daily operations, and overall use of consumables are minimized.
Additionally, the space required for the modulator is significantly reduced, simplifying integration and construction work.
