The Board is responsible for the company's organization and the management of its affairs. This includes, among other things, the ongoing assessment of the financial position of the company and the group, as well as ensuring that the company's organization is designed in a way that provides reliable control over accounting, financial management, and other economic matters of the company.
Nodica Group is mainly owned by the investment company Bure Equity AB (28%) and two venture capital investors, Industrifonden (32%) and SEB Venture Capital (22%). The remaining shares are distributed between private owners and employees.
Industrifonden is Sweden’s Venture Capital Fund looking for unique, scalable innovation that has a meaningful impact on our society. Industrifonden manages more than SEK 5 billion and invests in early-stage companies, from seed to A-round funding with a reach across the Nordics. The investment focus includes specialized technologies and businesses within Deep Tech, Life Science and Transformative Tech.
