Executive Group Management

The Executive Group Management consists of the CEO, CFO, Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development, Head of People and Culture, Head of  Communications and Sustainability, and Managing Directors of our businesses.

The CEO, through the Executive Group Management, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company in accordance with the guidelines and instructions provided by the board. 

The team is fully committed to delivering sustainable, innovative, and high-quality solutions for MedTech, industry, and science.

Owners

Nodica Group is mainly owned by the investment company Bure Equity AB (28%) and two venture capital investors, Industrifonden (32%) and SEB Venture Capital (22%). The remaining shares are distributed between private owners and employees.

Industrifonden

Industrifonden is Sweden’s Venture Capital Fund looking for unique, scalable innovation that has a meaningful impact on our society. Industrifonden manages more than SEK 5 billion and invests in early-stage companies, from seed to A-round funding with a reach across the Nordics. The investment focus includes specialized technologies and businesses within Deep Tech, Life Science and Transformative Tech. Industrifonden has an evergreen structure which allows a long-term focus on value creation.

Bure

Bure is an investment company and a good owner. By actively building successful companies and operations with a long-term perspective, Bure generates an attractive return for its shareholders. Bure was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm in 1993. Today, Bure has a net asset value of approximately SEK 25 billion consisting of fourteen portfolio companies, of which seven are listed.
